Statement of Purpose:
As an engineering professional and consultant, I have found occasions to use the services of executive recruiters. Through these experiences, I have also found that there was a lack of recruiting professionals with the technical understanding necessary to match candidates’ qualifications to the needs of clients. This ultimately led me to form Technical Professionals, Inc. At Technical Professionals our staff is comprised entirely of engineering professionals. We know that our background benefits both our clients and our candidates in many ways. Primarily, we are able to understand the technical requirements of clients with whom we work. It also helps us in developing contacts, not only with corporations, but also within universities and professional organizations.

I liked being an engineer for years, but I LOVE being a recruiter! I've been a recruiter and an avid LinkedIn networker for years. I really enjoy making friends with all of my contacts and clients. My business partner and I are both past engineers in several of the industries that we specialize.... Wireless, Telecom, Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Construction, Semiconductors, Sales, Power/Utilities, Defense/Aerospace....and the list goes on. We specialize in engineering but have great experience in sales, marketing, etc. This is the place to come to work with recruiters who are just as serious as you are about quality, consistency, and trust!

My history includes over 15 years experience as a Radio Frequency Engineer in the wireless industry, a Construction Manager, a CAD engineer, a Radar/Sonar engineer, a Power engineer with the Navy as a civilian, and a really, really good Recruiter.

My education is a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee where I was a Member of IEEE, Writer for Common Ground Magazine, and Ritual Chairman for Alpha Gamma Delta Social Sorority. Go Vols!

My interests are in growing my business to be even stronger and better, writing, reading, riding my cruiser bicycle around Boise, ID, decorating, traveling to the Caribbean, and hanging out with my dog.
